InterCity Rail Travel
All rail travel is normally Standard Class, except InterCity and East Coast services, which are First Class and when available, and where stated. Passengers can upgrade to First Class on other services (subject to availability), on payment of the indicated supplement on the booking form.
Our Hotel accommodation
The majority of the hotels utilized on our breaks, are normally 3/4 star/crown rated, with en-suite facilities, and located (where appropriate), in scenic locations. All coach transfers to our hotels, to and from our destination rail stations, are included in your holiday.
All reservations will be acknowledged, with tickets, seat allocations and finalized timings, being posted to you a few days prior to the date of travel. All train details are given in good faith, however, intending passengers should note that approximate timings and tour details contained within this brochure, are subject to confirmation by Network Rail and the various train operating companies, and that our finalized timings may not always fully reflect our original proposed itinerary.
Every effort will be made to ensure that the holiday operates as advertised, but we cannot accept responsibility for any delay or alteration caused by situations outside our control, as a result of inclement weather, train / ferry delays, industrial action, or operating conditions on any given day. Nenta Traintours reserves the right to alter its planned itineraries at any time, and shall not incur any liability to any person who has bought tickets or reserved seats, should any changes be deemed necessary.
Cancellation of a Short Break / Holiday more than twelve weeks prior to departure, incurs a charge of 25% of the total cost of the holiday per person. We regret that we are unable to issue refunds for cancellations less than twelve weeks prior to departure of the tour date.
Your booking constitutes your acceptance of the above conditions.
Please note: Travel/Cancellation Insurance is strongly advised when booking any of our short breaks and holidays.
Customers can reserve places on any of our Short Breaks/Holidays – on payment of a deposit of 25% of the total cost of the break, with the balance payable prior to 12 weeks in advance of the commencement of the holiday.
When you are in possession of our printed Itinerary for any given holiday, please read the arrangements thoroughly. We regret that we cannot accept responsibility if you are left behind through not being in the right place at the right time – always keep our Itinerary with you, which conveys our full details and contact mobile number.
